I lead sustainability projects end to end, from bid support and client pitching through certification delivery. My focus is clear: turn ambitious sustainability goals into certified, measurable outcomes that clients can point to with confidence.
For the clients I serve, that means fewer surprises, cleaner submissions, and credentials that hold up to scrutiny. Recent deliveries include LEED Platinum, LEED Gold, and Mostadam Diamond certifications across retail, hospitality, and banking assets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
For the business, I contribute where it matters most: introducing new clients, converting delivery excellence into repeat and referral work, and mentoring colleagues so the team grows stronger with each project. Certification is the deliverable; commercial value is the outcome.
In my first year in sustainability I earned eight of the industry's most respected accreditations, including LEED AP (BD+C & ID+C), WELL AP, PMP, and Estidama PQP. The credentials open the door; the mindset, relentless self-improvement and asking “what more can we do?” on every project, is what keeps clients coming back.

Supported the operational certification of one of the busiest retail destinations on earth, coordinating performance data, evidence and documentation to achieve LEED Platinum, the highest tier, under v4.1 Operations + Maintenance.
Sustainability consultant for a flagship hospitality development. Eight residential asset typologies certified at Mostadam's highest level: Diamond.
Kingdom Tower Branch (Riyadh) certified LEED Gold in April 2026, the first in a retail-branch certification programme. Riyadh Main and Al-Muhammadiyah branches have since achieved LEED Gold, with one further branch progressing through ID+C: Retail certification.
Strong delivery is the best form of business development. After closing out the Banque Saudi Fransi programme, where BSF was my client and Qdesign served as design management, Qdesign reached back out directly, this time as the client, to bring me in on their next project.
